LaToya has always been around music since birth. Her mother was one of the leaders in her church children’s choir known as the Kansas East Sunshine Band. She grew up with a love for music and started singing at a young age.
LaToya claims herself to be KC’s Alto BGV. She has sang background for many artists in the Greater Kansas City Area and works in the capacity of Minister of Music in her local church and singer and logistics coordinator for Isaac Cates and Ordained.
Along with being a part of various projects with well-known artists, LaToya has had the opportunity to share the stage, travel, record, and perform with some of the world’s respected artists.
LaToya is very humble when it comes to singing and performing yet truly enjoys what she does. Music is her therapy.
